The Fannie C. Williams Foundation will award 3
$1,000 Scholarships in June 2022.
Scholarship eligibility - Florida resident of Alachua, Broward, and Duval counties only.
Must have applied to or be enrolled as a full-time barber/cosmetology student. Proof of enrollment must be provided.
Must provide a letter of recommendation from a barber or cosmetology professional,
Submit 3 minute video displaying your work.
Scholarships will be awarded to the selected recipients based on their creativity and passion.
OUR MISSION
To help alleviate the financial burden for students pursuing a career in the cosmetology/barber industry, by providing financial assistance for the professional training necessary to build a successful career in the industry.
A career in cosmetology requires drive, determination and a great degree of self-motivation. Students with the necessary passion can find a career in cosmetology that can offer both professional and financial independence.
